Make-A-Wish Minnesota
Sun Country Airlines has been a longtime partner with Make-A-Wish Minnesota, bringing joy to children experiencing hardships. Sun Country Airlines provides flights for children with critical illnesses to help them safely arrive at their wish destinations and achieve their dreams. Sun Country also hosts an annual “Flight to the North Pole” every December.
Minnesota Zoo Foundation
In 2025, Sun Country sponsored the Tropics Trail at the Minnesota Zoo, a climate-controlled indoor habitat that highlights biodiversity hotspots around the world and the animals that inhabit them. This partnership aims to inspire adventure and deepen connections with the natural world through travel and conservation.
MN ACE Camp
Over the last decade, Sun Country employees have proudly donated their time to MN ACE Camp (Minnesota Aviation Career Education Camp) by leading tours of our maintenance hangar, dispatch, and System Operations Control (SOC) in addition to mentoring students. This longstanding relationship laid the foundation for our newly formalized partnership, which amplifies our shared commitment to aviation education and deepens our dedication to making aviation careers more accessible.
Hennepin Arts Spotlight Education
Sun Country Airlines sponsors the Hennepin Arts Spotlight Education program which honors and supports Minnesota high school musical theater students and programs. As a presenting sponsor, Sun Country Airlines donates all-expense-paid trips to New York City for up to four selected students to meet with industry professionals, participate in musical theater workshops and attend Broadway shows.
STARBASE Minnesota
Sun Country Airlines proudly participates in STARBASE’s "STEM at Work" events where local students participate in and learn from interactive demonstrations on how professionals use STEM in their careers. Since 1993, STARBASE has provided over 70,000 local students with STEM experiences they may not receive in a standard classroom.
Saint Paul Saints
Sun Country Airlines is the Official Airline of the St. Paul Saints, a local Minor League baseball team that’s the Triple-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins. This partnership aligns two like-minded hometown brands that strive to offer family-friendly fun at a great value.
Minnesota United FC
Since 2022, we have welcomed Minnesota United onboard as their Official Airline partner. In addition to flying the team to matches across North America, we also offer convenient non-stop service to select MNUFC away matches during the season so fans can support the Loons throughout the season.

As the Official Airline of Minnesota Gopher Athletics, Sun Country Airlines flies University of Minnesota teams around the U.S. to represent Minnesota and connect athletes, their families, and fans with memorable game-day experiences.
Twin Cities in Motion
Sun Country Airlines is the Official Airline of Twin Cities In Motion (TCM) and the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon. TCM focuses on encouraging runners at every level, removing barriers to participation, and providing education and programming that encourages better physical, mental, and emotional well-being, all while strengthening and giving back to the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota.
